We know you are going to be completely over-the-moon in love with your wedding decor! 

If for any reason you are not completely thrilled, just return your product within 7 business days for a full refund of your purchase price.

Kindly ship your return with tracking (for example, USPS Priority Mail) and in like-new condition.

You can expect a full refund within approximately 7 business days from when we receive your return. We do not refund the cost of return shipping.

Please confirm that your address is correct before purchasing. We cannot change your address once your order is placed.

All US domestic orders come with tracking. You can track your order through the USPS website here:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

If you are a non-US based customer please be aware that your country may charge you customs duties and taxes on your purchase. These duties and fees are your responsibility. 

TRACKING AND INSURANCE

We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Our default shipping method for International orders will be USPS First Class International. This is the most economical option but does not include tracking, does not include insurance and does not include delivery confirmation.

If you would like any of these add-on options YOU MUST UPGRADE to USPS Express Int'l (5 business days) or USPS Priority Int'l shipping (6-10 business days). You can choose either of these options at checkout.

USPS First Class International shipping take approximately 7 - 10 business days but can sometimes take longer. We cannot be responsible if your package is delayed.

Domestic orders are shipping via USPS Priority mail which automatically includes $50 insurance. Insurance is not included for international orders.
